Universal Orlando Reopens

Universal Orlando has reopened its doors to the public.  Due to the risk of COVID-19, extra measures have been implemented to protect the public's safety.  Exposure is an inherent risk, there are no guarantees that guests will not be exposed to the disease during their visits.

As a result, guests and team members are required to comply as follows:

  • Wash hands often
  • Stand on floor markings on the ground, move forward as the group in front proceeds
  • Use hand sanitizer
  • Temperature check upon arrival at theme parks
  • Guests of 100.4 or greater will not be admitted.
  • Practice social distancing between travel party and others

Additional contactless methods include:

  • Mobile Food & Drink Orders from select restaurants
  • Virtual Line return time
  • Purchase tickets in the app and scan at the turnstile
  • TapTu Pay at Volcano Bay
