  • For International Flights it is a good idea to arrive at the airport 3 hours prior to departure. 
  •  Please carry a hard copy of your travel documents.  Follow the instructions and show your vouchers to the driver. 
  • Alert the driver of departure time, for your return and confirm the night prior to leaving.
  • Customs clearance will be required upon return to the U.S.


In response to COVID-19 and requirements on the island of St. Lucia, the resort has implemented the following: 

Checking in 

Social Distancing – The maximum number of guests in the lobby will be 6 at a time

House Keeping 

  • Rooms are both Sanitized and Ionized prior to your arrival.
  • Mini -Split A/C’s all have Ionizer filters for continuous clean air
  • Efforts will be made for rooms to remain unoccupied for 24 hours between guests.

 

Beach and Pool 

  • Beach and beach chairs will be spread out
  • Beach Chairs will be sanitized in the morning, during the day, and the end of the day.

 

Dining 

  • Breakfast: 7:30am – 10:30am
  • Lunch: 11:30am – 5pm
  • Dinner: 5pm – 9:30pm
  •  Late Night: Until 11pm

Entry Requirements: 

U.S. citizen a passport is not required, however serves as the best identification when traveling. Be prepared to show evidence of citizenship when departing the islands, such as a raised-seal birth certificate and government-issued photo ID. 

Non-U.S. Citizens, a passport issued by country of origin is required.

Currency

 As a U.S. territory, the currency is the U.S. dollar. Automated teller machines (ATMs) can be found throughout all three islands. Most establishments accept credit cards and travelers’ checks. The most widely accepted credit cards are Visa and MasterCard.

 

Language

English is the official language.

 

Time Zone

Atlantic Standard Time. During the spring and summer months we are on the same time as the U.S. East Coast. 

During autumn and winter, the USVI remains an hour ahead.

Entering Jamaica   For U.S. citizens arriving in Jamaica valid passports are required. Visitors must have a return ticket or onward ticket for entry into Jamaica. Travel Authorization Travel Authorization is required by the Government of Jamaica to persons intending to travel to the island. On arrival, approval for the Travel Authorization is issued after satisfactory completion of a health risk assessment. How to apply: Applications are available online. The Jamaican health regulations require that the Travel Authorization be issued a maximum of 72 hours before arrival in Jamaica.   A response will be generated within 10 minutes of the submission of the application.
