Vision:
Waimea…A living pu'uhonua for and by the kānaka for Hawai'i and the world.

This one of Oahu's last partially intact ahupua'a subdivision of land.  Waimea is significant in history of Hawaii.  It is a place for Hawaiian spirituality and traditions.  

Waimea Valley cultural and natural resources is a backdrop for teaching, learning and inspiration  School programs surround cultural topics and ethnic identity.  It is home to more than 5000 documented kinds of tropical and subtropical plants including native and endangered Hawaiian plants.Some of which are only found in the Hawaii and some which are rare.
Waimea Valley is situated in the heart of Oahu's renowned North Shore, sporting world class botanical gardens and wide variety of indoor and outdoor spaces. 

Event venues are regular set against the backdrop of the Waimea Valley's natural beauty. It is excellent for exotic weddings. 

Daily Guided Activities include Hawaiian games, crafts, cultural demonstrations, hula and ukulele, lei making, cultural an botanic tours.

Entering Jamaica   For U.S. citizens arriving in Jamaica valid passports are required. Visitors must have a return ticket or onward ticket for entry into Jamaica. Travel Authorization Travel Authorization is required by the Government of Jamaica to persons intending to travel to the island. On arrival, approval for the Travel Authorization is issued after satisfactory completion of a health risk assessment. How to apply: Applications are available online. The Jamaican health regulations require that the Travel Authorization be issued a maximum of 72 hours before arrival in Jamaica.   A response will be generated within 10 minutes of the submission of the application.
